About Lara Cowpe

Lara Cowpe is a Lecturer in Occupational Therapy at Cardiff University School of Healthcare Sciences. She was diagnosed with Endometriosis in December 2019 and underwent two operations during COVID-19. Lara is a volunteer with Fair Treatment for the Women of Wales and is keen to raise awareness of Endometriosis and empower others.
